Cheerfy leads the digitalization of Mercado San Leopoldo

Mercado San Leopoldo has revived an old food market to create a food market with over 15 recognized brands. Its integration with Cheerfy Pay allows offering an efficient and personalized digital experience to the customer, who can now place, pay, and enjoy a multi-brand order in a unified manner, either from physical kiosks or by scanning the QR codes located on the market's tables.

This digitalization would not be possible without one of the main attributes of the alliance: integrations. Cheerfy Pay integrates with POS systems, payment gateways, Cheerfy Shop, and Cheerfy Loyalty, among others. Without this versatility, it would be complex to operate a multi-brand business model that combines numerous disaggregated systems: Printers, Screens, Aggregators, Integrators, etc.

Additionally, the integration between different Cheerfy products creates a frictionless experience for the consumer. Customers who pay via Cheerfy Pay or order from the Market's Shop are automatically registered in the brand's loyalty program: "Cómete Madrid A Bocados". Its members will access exclusive rewards and benefits through the 5 levels of the plan while receiving strategic brand communications.

They have also chosen Cheerfy Shop as their own delivery channel. During the first months of the market's life, home delivery was everything: "We were starting to come out of the pandemic, and we didn't know how the situation would evolve. In order to operate, we needed a digitalization partner, and Cheerfy was the only option that allowed us to work with a multi-order Marketplace.

    With 15 restaurants operating simultaneously, Mercado San Leopoldo has a multi-operator order and payment management system (via QR, kiosk, or delivery). The customer has the possibility to place a multi-brand order, increasing the sales opportunities for the different establishments.

    1. The customer orders from multiple restaurants in a single order.
    2. The corresponding amount is transferred to the bank account of each restaurant.
    3. The part of the order corresponding to each restaurant is sent to their respective printers for preparation.
    4. The customer receives their purchase ticket for each restaurant.
    5. The courier company is notified to pick up the order from the different points of sale and proceed with the delivery.
    6. The customer receives the order placed at several restaurants in a single delivery.
