How Juancho's BBQ has boosted its efficiency by enhancing the dine-in experience.
Juancho´s BBQ opened its doors in 2018 with a distinctive feature: its unwavering passion for meat. As its popularity soared, so did its venues. With 10 establishments spread across Madrid and cities like Valladolid, they stand out in iconic spaces such as the Chamberí market. Juancho´s decided to unite all its diners under one community: Juanchonistas Club, a loyalty program in partnership with Cheerfy.
They now have nearly 100,000 members in their databases. The brand uses our CRM to extend its relationship with consumers to the digital ecosystem. To complete the partnership between Juancho´s BBQ and Cheerfy, the brand relies on Cheerfy Shop to bring the taste of their burgers to Madrid households, including their famous Bacon Juancheeseburger, awarded as the Best Burger in Spain.
